3. SMS Enrollment / Consent Script: When enrolling an employee to receive freezer alert text notifications, the following is confirmed verbally or in writing:

"I agree to receive automated text alerts from Novilux, LLC regarding freezer temperature and equipment status as part of my job duties. Message frequency varies based on alert activity. Message and data rates may apply. I can reply STOP at any time to opt out."
